Mark W Garka's Client was arrested for a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) with a breath test at a 0.08.  The State Prosecutor would not offer a reduction for the case.  This is a case that went to trial, and Mark was able to convince a jury that the breath test result was questionable and it should not be relied on.  In addition, he was able to get the Washington State Patrol Trooper to admit that his report was not nearly as damning as it had read.  After a two day jury trial, the verdict was “NOT GUILTY”.  The Client never lost his Driver's License nor did he go to jail because of this DUI charge.
