October 2020 Marysville Municipal Court Case
Having been arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Reckless Driving, Driving While License Suspended - 2 (DWLS), and an Obstruction of Justice charge, Mark W. Garka's Client's plate was full of criminal charges. After intense negotiations and the passing of time, Mark was able to reduce the DUI charge to a Reckless Driving charge and reduce the DWLS-2 to a DWLS-3. The Obstruction of Justice charge was dismissed and the Client only had to plea to one Reckless Driving charge. Mark's Client only lost his Driver's License for 30 days. The Client was facing a habitual traffic offender status with the Department of Licensing when the multiple gross misdemeanors were charged. The Client served no jail time on these cases.
