Mark W Garka's Client was arrested for a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after driving into a traffic median and hitting a sign.  A Municipal Police Officer and a Washington State Trooper were involved.  Mark was able to convince the Washington State Prosecutor that due to his Client's lack of history and other mitigating effects to reduce the charge to a Reckless Driving charge.  The Client only lost his Driver's License for 30 days and not for the mandatory one year with a DUI charge.
