As a result from a 911 call from a concerned citizen, Mark W. Garka's Client was pulled over on suspicion of DUI by a City of Mill Creek Officer.  The Officer did not notice any bad driving as the Client had made it safely home.  Mark pointed out the fact the officer didn't notice any bad driving, didn't even notice any driving at all, and the City Prosecutor reduced the charge of DUI to that of a Negligent Driving in the First Degree despite the fact that the client had a prior DUI.
