Mark W. Garka's Client was pulled over because she had accidentally cut someone off while driving a motor vehicle. The Washington State Patrol Trooper involved in the DUI arrest did a quick investigation but it was not thorough.  Mark W. Garka pointed out these issues in the arrest report to the Snohomish County Prosecutor. Mark was able to get the Client's case reduced to a Negligent Driving in the First Degree and the Client did not lose her Driver's License nor did she have to go to jail.
