Mark W. Garka's Client was arrested on suspicion of DUI after having driven off the road and into a field. Mark had the opportunity to talk to the Client not long after the incident. It was agreed that this person should reach out to the owner and make payments for the damage done to the fence. Once the case was filed, the Snohomish County Prosecutor was impressed that the client had done so much to remedy the situation and was also impressed that the victim wrote a very nice letter in support of the Client.  The Client never went to jail nor did she lose her Driver's License.
