Mark W. Garka's Client was arrested for (Driving Under the Influence) DUI after hitting a parked vehicle. The Client's blood was drawn.  Since it takes so long, at least a year, to get blood results back from the toxicologist, Mark W. Garka was able to negotiate a deal with the Prosecuting Attorney without a BAC result.  His Client only had to log community service hours.  His Client did not lose his license, nor was there a need for an ignition interlock device.
