July 2021 Snohomish County Municipal Court Case

Mark W. Garka's Client was pulled over after having left a bar. The City Officer involved did not write a proper DUI arrest report.  Despite the fact Mark W. Garka's Client had a very high breath alcohol level, the City Prosecutor noted that there were many issues with the City Officer's report.  The City Prosecutor was impressed that Mark's Client had done an alcohol evaluation, completed treatment, and had attended a DUI victims impact panel. Mark brought this to the attention of the City Prosecutor and the matter was reduced to a Negligent Driving in the First Degree. The Client did not go to jail, nor did he lose his Driver's License.
