Snohomish County DUI Lawyer Mark Garka was in attendance for The Trial Lawyer's College Vior Dire Seminar in Leavenworth last week. The purpose of the seminar was to introduce attorneys to a method of jury selection, how to identify danger points in a case and how to reframe the danger points into points of power. Attendees were also taught how to approach potential jurors as an inclusive process.
TLC's seminar was led by a faculty of trial lawyers along with behavioral and communication experts who taught attendees how to become leaders of their group of jurors, and how together justice can be won for clients.
Knowledge gained at the seminar was extremely valuable and can be applied to attorney's every day practice. The event itself was presented by National Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame member Gerry Spence and only legal professionals who are in good standing with their State Bar were eligible to attend.
