Here are some answers to the many questions I'm asked about DUI Laws and
procedures in Washington State. The categories of questions are as follows:

Do you only defend people with DUI charges?
Over 90% of my practice is DUI/DWI defense. I make the conscious decision
to limit my practice to DUI/DWI defense.
Do you go to continuing education classes?
In Washington State, attorneys are required to complete 15 credit hours of CLE education. I travel to many national DUI classes each year. For example, last year, I attended the MSE (Mastering Scientific Education) class in Dallas Texas, the National DUI Defense seminar in Boston, Massachusetts and the National College for DUI Defense seminar in Las Vegas, NV. In addition, I have become a recognized instructor for SFSTs (field sobriety tests) and attended a DRE (Drug Recognition Evaluator) class here in Washington State.

Where do you practice?
I work in the greater Puget Sound area of western Washington state. Follow the link for the list of Washington

How much does the initial consultation cost?
The first meeting is free so there is no risk on your part. You'll be
able to get all your questions answered. When we are finished, if you're not
convinced that I will be able to protect you to your complete satisfaction,
then you can leave and I won't trouble you again . . . and you'll owe me
nothing.
