Does my case have to go to trial?
You have the final decision if you want to go to trial or not. No one can
force you to go to trial. A decision to go to trial is made after you
consult with your attorney and discuss the risks and benefits of going to
trial.
What is the difference between a bench and jury
trial?
A bench trial is a trial before a judge. A jury trial is a trial before 6
jurors in Washington State.
Will I have to testify?
No - not necessarily. That decision is made after you consult with your
attorney and discuss the risks and benefits of your testimony.
